Chinese garlic powder, garlic powder is made of fine garlic through skin removed, washed, dried, selected, grinded and packed. It looks a light yellow and fresh without black pots. Sulfur content is lower than 50PPM. There is no pesticide remained. Microorganism is tested within standards.
